Return and Refund

Returning merchandise that you are not completely happy with

Please return the merchandise to us within 7 days of receipt. Your items should be in their original packaging. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Steps:

  1. Email to customer@thedigic.com to notify us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.
  2. Send the merchandise back to us with a copy of the sale bill. The merchandise should be in their original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. You are recommended to use tracking in shipping the merchandise as we will not be responsible for any loss during shipping. The return shipping cost is non-refundable.
  3. A first email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. Please allow 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after we have received your item to process your request for refund.
  4. A second email will be sent to inform you of our decision whether or not to refund you. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account originally used for payment. If we decide not to refund you, the merchandise will be sent back to you.

Reporting defective or incorrect merchandise

If you received defective or incorrect merchandise (incorrect size, colour, model, etc.) please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You may choose refund or replacement. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Steps:

  1. Email to customer@thedigic.com to notify us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Give us the details and attach a photo showing the incorrect merchandise or the defect (if the defect can be shown with a photo). Please state whether you want refund or replacement.
  2. Send the merchandise back to us with a copy of the sale bill. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. You are recommended to use tracking in shipping the merchandise as we will not be responsible for any loss during shipping. The return shipping cost is non-refundable.
  3. A first email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. Please allow 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after we have received your item to process your request for refund or replacement.
  4. A second email will be sent to inform you of our decision whether or not to refund you or send you a replacement. For refund, depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account originally used for payment. For replacement, it will take the normal time required to ship the replacement to you, as stated in the shipping page. If we decide not to refund you or send you a replacement, the merchandise will be sent back to you.
